Canon XTi at a dark site

Hawaii astronomical society held their monthly public star party at Dillingham Airfield near Kaena Point last Saturday.  Dillingham is a very dark site, one of the few left on Oahu.  The airfield only has 1 runway for light aircrafts.

Unfortunately God also made chromatic aberration, angular magnification distortion, rectilinear distortion, wavelength transmission anomalies, vignetting, light loss, wavefront aberrations, coma, astigmatism, spherical aberrations, thermal issues, dirty mirrors, bad collimation, Earth rotation, humidity, bad focus, light pollution, wobbly mounts and back pains.
